Family owned and operated. We have been doing plumbing and drain cleaning in the Portland area for over 20 years. We offer top notch service that gives our customers confidence in our offering the best service for the best price with the best warranties. Our bids and estimates are easy to read and understand. Our attention to detail has made us the top referral for Portland area Plumbing supply houses as well as in Senior Communities. "Best Price Plumbing needs to change its name. A year ago I was charged $120 to install a garbage disposal unit. A few days ago I was charged $223 to install a kitchen faucet that I had purchased for $64. (This included a high charge of $54 for supply lines.) The prior day they were out to check the toilet for leak at the base and to install the shut-off valve (for which they charged $30, as well as $15 for a wax ring, much more than prices quoted at Home Depot. ). After looking over the 2 bills, I noticed that each had a $20 'miscellaneous' fee (for caulk, rags, etc), which I had never seen before. I called and was told this was added because their business was not profitable enough. I was told that I should have received a 10% senior discount on the service, but not parts. Rather than issue a refund of $30 on my credit card, they submitted a new charge of $397 and were supposed to reverse the two earlier charges. However, only the charge of $203 was reversed. I've had to ask the credit card company to reverse the $223 charge; and this is currently pending."

Rex Yetter Remodeling is as local as it gets. Rex and Devon are the only two running Rex Yetter Remodeling so you know you will get a personal service. We only use sub-contractors that do as good as work as we do and only use them when we feel they would do better work than we could achieve. We accept cash and check and is soon going to offer credit. To make our customers feel at ease we never do work without a contract that is over $1,000, so when you choose us you know you are getting professional work done on your house. We may have only been in business for over a year but our combined years of experience is much longer.
