There was no extra charge for a "Platinum" lifetime warranty that covers both materials and workmanship. The workmanship portion of the warranty extends to 25 years, far longer than the workmanship warranty offered by other contractors. Site supervisor Al took care to ensure that bad decking and fascia wood discovered in the tear-off of old roofing was removed and replaced. Al and Roof Masters executive Tom Kovack also went the extra mile to answer our questions and address our concerns. Tom even agreed to paint the replacement fascia wood with primer/sealer at no additional labor cost. We are very pleased with the work and we have received many compliments from neighbors on look of the new roof and gutters.
