"Salesman Tom Burk talked us into not doing the siding and replacing the roof instead and told us this would be okay as long as insurance money was used on house. State Farm called and told us that they were not going to pay the balance of the claim, because the company did not use it as approved. The general manager of Bob the Builder, Inc. did make it right and apologized profusely and we do not have to pay the balance of the claim. Tom Burk, however, should be selling encyclopedias instead. He is a fast talker. Thank you to the company for making it right."

"John was the first one to answer my call said he would be happy to come out and look at my roof. I had a small leak that came inside the house. I had someone else come out and tried to see if I was able to get a new roof. Not enough damage. I called John back and he was here when he said he was I'm very happy with what he did to repair the roof. Thank you very much Bruce"

"After storm damage to our garage roof, gutter and fascia, I found Vald Roofing thru Home Advisor. They kept us updated on the process and did a beautiful job at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend them for any roofing, gutter, fascia, soffit, or siding you need."

"The team at A&D Exteriors are fantastic. I originally claimed a deal from them for a roof maintenance package. Our roof is 11 years old now and thought it might need some. We also have had one minor issue and thought they would be able to fix it. When they came out, they determined our roof was in excellent shape and did not need maintenance. They showed us that our roofing issue is most likely actually an issue with our plumbing vent. They did not even charge us for the evaluation! Overall a great company and I would hire again with no hesitation!"

"On the higher side of cost, but they had the best options for vertical siding n metal over roof."

"Very efficient! Had my roof replaced in a day."

"Montes Roofing LLC did a fabulous job on my house. I had a hole in one roof and I called several roofing companies on a Saturday morning. Montes Roofing was the only company who offered to come out on the same day I called. Mr. Montes came out about two and a half hours after I called. He showed me pictures of the hole taken from his drone so I could see it for myself. He gave me a reasonable quote and told me how soon they could get started. They started when he said they would and they didnâ t waste time. I subsequently hired Montes Roofing to replace two other roofs and tuckpoint my house and replace siding. Throughout the roof replacements, siding and tuckpointing, Mr. Montes visited the site frequently while his crew was working and kept me informed on what was going on and whenever I called or texted him, he always returned my phone calls and responded to my text messages. The crew was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of every work day and when everything was finished, they made sure everything was cleared away or thrown out and I did not have to do any cleaning when they were done. During this time, I was able to work from home without any disturbances and several of my neighbors even commented on their professionalism and the quality of their work and requested contact information for Montes Roofing. Montes Roofing LLC has transformed the exterior of my house. Not only do my neighbors admire it but family members who have seen the â newâ house have been surprised at the transformation."

"I really could not have asked for better administrative and management service. The actual work and the carpenter himself was equally as great. The carpenter was creative in delivering a great product. I would like to assume that some carpenter would have charged a bit less, but it would not have been worth the savings to either get inferior service, a headache, or a questionable product."

"It went well. The roof is fine and holding up well."

"R K Roofing is completely an excellent company to hire for your new roof . The use the highest quality roofing material and the price was the best . The owner is a roofing professional and a gentleman. He crew workers are the hardest working men I ever seen and it was very hot out and humid. After the roof was installed and completed they cleaned up so well it was like they were never there. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors for roofing projects. They are awesome!"
