However, they broke one of the covers to our septic system during their most recent cleaning and, despite repeated calls/requests that they fix the issue, they still have not done so three months later. "Unfortunately their quality has fallen significantly over the past year. There is extensive poor communication with the customer and between management and the crews doing the work. It is a shame because they used to do good work (although always had communication problems). During the winter their plow damaged a retaining wall next to the driveway. Despite several promises to fix the wall they never completed repairs. Also there were a number of problems with their work. Although most of them were corrected (except for the above) they never apologized or took responsibility. There was always some excuse for the problem."
