"Adriano and his crew did a magnificent job power washing and restaining my house, and his carpenter (Diago?) did a fantastic job of replacing lots of rotten wood on my deck, fixing broken lattices, and shoring up the deck's attachment to a pillar. The house exterior and deck hadn't been stained or cleaned in such a long time, there was barely any old stain left, so they were working from scratch. They also left my property in immaculate condition. All this with much courtesy and good humor. They worked on our home like it was their own. I can't recommend them enough. Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.

External Paint  sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean  - superb workmanship very happy with work

External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .

External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day

External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete-  8 days

 External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days

If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow
