"The salesman arrived on time to give me an estimate on the job. I signed the contract in June and provided them with my color choices. Then it began to rain almost every day. Kathy from CertaPro kept in touch with me as the date was pushed back due to the constant rain. On October 6th the job supervisor Justin called me and asked if they could do the job the next day on October 7th.  On October 7th the crew arrived at 8am as promised.
Justin told me that my color choices were not given to him. However Justin had a color matching device that he used on an unexposed painted area. We did not want to change the color so the color matching was the best way to go. It did a much better job of matching our paint than I could do. In fact, if they had used the colors I had originally chosen the house would have looked terrible. The color matching device really saved me from making a poor color choice.
The crew worked without a break from 8am until completion at 3pm. They were all very courteous and friendly. They cleaned up everything. I never expected such a thorough clean up. The paint job was great! It was a very precise and carefully done paint job.
