"We've just begun dealing with them. They're specific about what your needs are and be able to communicate them so the end result is satisfactory or acceptable. Just before you call, someone came over from Kevin's just to confirm the proposal and to look at the yard and what we were talking about so they wanted to be sure they were looking at the same place I was looking and wanting help with so that was really good. I was getting a little concerned when a couple of weeks went by and I just didn't get any follow ups but Kevin was out of town and we had a lot of rain so there was no whole lot of anybody could do until things dried up a bit so now they're on their way.
