Covered flooring at the entry way with a spotless tarp. Took time, care and pride in his work. He knows the characteristics of every fiber. He has been in business for 27 years. Then he came and did a personal, on site estimate at no charge. Looked at the upholstery and carpet and told me his plan to clean and what I could expect. He also gave me a written quote. I made the decision to go with his company. Both the written quote and for the cleaning he texted me as a courtesy to tell me when he would be here. He took his time and did not rush doing the work. His prices are extremely reasonably. He was through and considerate. He is willing to move small pieces of furniture. He was very personable. Expectations were very clear with regard to stubborn stains. What can and can't be done by not only him but anyone."

"Easy to schedule the service. Friendly team of two women. Did a good job overall. Upon being informed they had finished, I looked at the work and was not pleased with some of it. Specifically, we have wood floors in the LR, foyer, kitchen, MBR and hallway. The floors had not been cleaned under the couch, table, along the wall, under the bed or under a bedroom chair. When mentioned to them, they did go to those areas and properly clean. After they left, my wife came home and pointed out more areas of the wood floor not cleaned (e.g., under and behind a TV tray stand, etc). So I rated them average overall, and a 4 for customer service."
