Caroline B. 035 13 days ago Destroyed/cracked my driveway, damaged my roof and claimed it wasn't them and didn't want to accept responsibility. My cameras verify it was. It shouldn't of even been necessary to verify. It was quite obvious. Then tried to throw be $50. What a joke. Rude and disrespectful through the process. Could of simply accept their neglect and did the necessary repairs. DO NOT use them. The company has absolutely no integrity and why risk damage to your property. They have now contacted me with phone call and numerous texts harassing and bullying me with threats of getting a lawyer due to my honesty."

"I wish I could write that everything went smoothly with this job, but unfortunately it didn’t. So why the high rating? Well, I think it’s as important, if not more so, to know how a company will deal with situations when things don’t go well as much as when they do, and I can only imagine how difficult it is to assess, considering input from your crew and from customers. I truly feel like Grays tried to do what was fair and I really appreciate that. I especially want to say that my main contact, Robert, was wonderful. Thoughtful and reasonable, not only did he provide me with a competitive price initially for a big job, but with the mishap, he worked hard to understand what happened from all perspectives, convey the information to his boss (the owner) and come back with a final cost from the owner trying to be as fair as possible. He is a gem for this company for sure. I want to add that the owner himself came to speak with me and understand the situation better. Again, it’s not easy to evaluate incidents from all sides, but he tried to do what was right. I can’t ask for more than that. As for the tree they removed? Like I wrote earlier, it was a big job. They did an incredible job both with removal and clean up. I think it’s easy to hire a company assuming the best outcome but I hope it’s helpful to know when you can count on a company to do right by you and your family when things don’t go picture perfect."

"I was probably the first customer to King Green 20 plus years ago. Jimmie worked for True Green, which SUCKED as a lawn service. They over sold services and every year my lawn had a special disease that needed $$$ buku bucks to treat. After Jim left and started King Green, after the no complete clause time window, I switched to Jim. Guess what, A+++ HONEST TRUSTED SERVICE. Never sold anything never needed!!! My lawn is always deep green, no more diseases or fungus and free re-treat application if lawn didn’t treat to my satisfaction. Jim & Terri take pride in their services and back what they sell with integrity!!! YOU CAN’T GO WRONG!!! I will be a lifetime customer as most houses near mine are too. Switching to them is the best choice you will ever make. Personal, white glove service and a college education in agriculture and lawn care to back it up!!!"

"Ramirez tree care did very good, they were quick, efficient, and reasonably priced for the quality of the work and knowing they have insurance. I would definitely hire again, they removed 6 large pine trees, and I did not have to wait long for booking at all. Very speedy."
