My business career to date originated with River West Construction which is a family owned and operated business that started in 1987. Our business specializes in interior and exterior construction. During the length of my career, with River West Construction, I have built over 50 custom made homes and Commercial buildings including the following: Taco Bell, KFC, Qdoba (owned by Jack in the Box), Casey Muffler and Brake, Lime Light Night Club, and Badger Murphy. Recently, our family business has down sized as an owner operated construction business in order to efficiently meet the needs of our customers and provide them with the skills and expertise that we are equipped with, allowing us to handle any job. We are experienced contractors building and remodeling homes and businesses in Chicagoland for last two decades. The company was established in 1972 as P&J Heating and Air Conditioning by Pete and Jim. In the late 1980's, Air Wise and Best Heating (established in 1948) joined the family and American Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning was formed. The year 2003 is here and American Comfort joins a national franchise to offer clients a higher level of service. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is here for the residential customers while maintaining the American Comfort name for the Commercial side of the business. It may seem like a lot of change, but, it was all done under one of the original owners. To this day, we are still family owned and operated.
