"I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

He arrived 2 days later and was done after a full day and a half worth of work. Outstanding results. Discussed options for next Spring, and when situations changed, I asked if he could do it immediately. He agreed and came the next day himself to do the job. "I have worked with Green Art every Spring for 3 years. The initial service they worked with an independent lawn and garden designer that I hired to design a perennial garden. Both the front and street-sides of the gardens, Green Art did all the work. I have hired them every spring to help groom any bushes, weeding and replanting any plant that it not make it through the winter. They also mulch and manicure the garden and leave it prestine. I get a lot of compliments on my gardens and how it brightens my home. They are super with whom to work and I will be working with them next spring."

"I was getting many weeds and it looked like the technicians were not covering the whole lawn. On September 3rd, Joseph Lynch came to my house and told me he was there to apply treatment. He left within 10 - 15 minutes, did not even enter my back yard, and obviously had prepared his "report" before coming to my house because he indicated on the report that I was not home even though we spoke on my porch. I immediately contacted Experigreen to cancel automatic payment and tell them what happened. I also told them not to bill my account since the work was not done and then spoke to Lilly and terminated their services. They billed me anyways on the same day and I received a reminder email about this outstanding bill. I called and was told they would not void the bill and that my only option is to have them come back out. When I refused because I don't trust them, I was told that I can explain that to the collection agency! No way! Never had such horrible customer service!"
