"We hired Dino after he was recommend by family friends. He did multiple projects on our home which included the following - wainscoting 20+ ft high walls and painting which he did excellently with an incredible attention to detail. This has made our home markedly more beautiful - wall tear down and door removal for expansion of our kitchen pantry, also added shelving and and extended electrical wiring. Again 10/10 work, attention to detail is unmatched, quality of supplies and build is clearly evident. Had been a big upgrade to our kitchen - applied epoxy to garage floor and sealant to basement. Was very thorough and thoughtful with the process. Our garage again looks stunning and the installation is perfect. - he has also installed lighting fixtures and helped with some appliance set up. He did most of the work while we were out of state and allowed us to move into our new home with all the projects completed. This required a lot of communication over the phone and on FaceTime. Overall pricing is fair. Dino is honest and forthcoming with the work and how long it will take. Very punctual and competes project exactly when he says he will. Responds to texts and phone calls immediately and sends pictures and updates. We entrusted a lot of our home to Dino and couldnâ t be happier in doing so. Would recommend to anyone looking for a contractor."

"I choose Llamas Construction to repair the roof leak in my attached garage and to tuck point my front porch and replace the front step. Julian was professional and courteous and came out to walk through the work I needed completed. He accessed the roof to see where the leak was occuring and took pictures and explained how he would remedy the issue. We set a date for him to come out, he repaired the the first day and blocked the porch off with cones to all or mortar to set. The next day they came out and repaired the roof and extended my downspout to the gutter. I am happy with the work and would recommend using Llamas Construction. "

I had requested thru a number of sites for an estimate on the cost of fixing the drywall that I had ripped out Rameh Drywall was the first to respond and asked for additional details. I sent him a picture of the damaged area and he quickly returned an estimate. I also sent the pictures to other companies. Only a few gave an estimate but most wanted to come out first. As I always do I researched the companies and their respective reviews. Rameh Drywall came on top with glowing reviews. I then contacted Rameh who said he could come out and answered any Questions He came out was very personable and answered exactly what I needed to hear. With his many 5 star reviews I asked when he could do the work. He said how about tomorrow. Rameh showed up exactly at the time he stated and within 2 1/2 hours completed what some had said would take 6 hours. He said he would come back in 2 days and sand out his work for the final product. He asked me to check it out and his work was excellant.I had a couple of questions before hand and he had covered flaws I didn't think could have been covered. I am extremely satisfied with Rameh's work, his reasonable pricing that he gave on his initial quote, his timeliness and the speed he was able to complete the task and especially the highest quality of work. I will highly recommend Rameh to anyone who needs drywall work. In fact he just left and i already passed on his name."
