"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. From the first call to the last nail everything was great. More importantly, I am CONFIDENT that they did the RIGHT job and if there are any issues Bill and his team will stand behind their work."

"There had never been an interior leak, but maintenance staff noticed loose gravel collecting near the roof hatch and asked for an inspection before winter. The built-up roof had developed several dry blisters around the stair bulkhead, where afternoon heat was strongest. Moisture testing indicated that the insulation below was still dry, making localized repair reasonable. The blisters were cut open, allowed to relax, and rebuilt with compatible roofing materials before receiving new surfacing. Loose flashing along the bulkhead was refastened and sealed separately rather than being buried under another coating. The drains and strainers were cleared while the roof was accessible. Photographs and a marked roof plan identified two other areas that should be monitored but did not yet require work. The building received a practical maintenance record instead of an unnecessary replacement proposal"

"Tony came out on Sunday, 3-5-23 to check my leaking roof. While 2 other contractors said the WHOLE back of the house needed the roofing replaced, Tony showed me how he would address the leak while keeping the rest of the roof intact. I have a wide ranch with 2 gable extentions off the back with semi flat in between. The guys pulled up the flat tar paper, put down rubber membrane, extending two feet up the pitch sides, rubber membrane and copper flashing around the chimney (which is where they said the leak was from), and re flashed and replaced the hood for my cooking range exhaust fan. The new architectural shingles match perfectly to the existing. Except for the work done, you'd never know they were even there. That's how good the cleanup was. They were super clean - blew out my gutters, blew everything out from under the solar panels, and made sure to blow the porch and front of my house to remove any debris. I had peace of mind that they were licensed and insured. Today I am happy to announce, I have not heard ONE PIGEON! I know this company usually does more like roofing and gutter-type projects, but I will be letting any of my neighbors with solar panels/pigeons know who to call. Great crew. Thanks so much!"
