"I don’t usually leave reviews however, my experience with ECG was so good I had to! Since the carpet cleaning company I’ve used for years no longer does residential carpet cleaning, I had to find a new one. So I apprehensively looked on line. I got lots of calls. But one really stood out! Everardo from ECG Carpet and Concrete Cleaning politely called and left a message. Still hesitant I didn’t call back. But when he called the second time, I answered. And I am so glad I did! After 5 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats, my light colored carpet was embarrassingly thrashed! After talking on the phone, Everardo came out and had a look at my carpet that I really thought was beyond repair. He answered all my questions, (there were lots!), he said he would be able to clean my carpet. Hiring ECG was a great choice! My carpet looked amazing! He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and professional. And, great price! I would highly recommend ECG! Definitely my new long term carpet cleaning company! Thanks so much Everardo and ECG! ?"

He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"Sandi Ryan responded to my phone call, answering it promptly. Based on my square foot calculation, she gave me a "ball park" estimate and expressed willingness to travel to my home in the foothills east of Fresno, adding that she was familiar with the area. During our discussion, I stated that we planned to move the furniture out of the way onto our deck and Sandi said she offered a discount if she didn't need to move furniture. When the appointment day neared, rain was predicted so I phoned to see if we could reschedule. Sandi understood and readily rescheduled. On the day of the appointment, she phoned on the way to let me know that she had been delayed briefly--she arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. She looked over the job, and listened to my concern about a previous cleaning by a different provider that was not satisfactory, reassuring me that the fact that she was certified meant that I would be happy with the results. She measured the rooms and gave me the price, which was very close to her telephone estimate. She and her helper went right to work and were finished in an hour; and I was indeed pleased with the job. Even high traffic areas like the stairs, the office, and the eating area were much improved."

"I had a horrible cat urine odor in the under flooring of a bedroom. I used this product but it was not as effective as I hoped. I tried pet store products, vinegar and baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and other products. The thing that finally worked was bleach. It is probable that this product would work better on fabric and rugs. Also, it would probably work better on less severe problems. The provider was excellent to deal with. <br />"

"The sales approach at Pak Oriental Rugs is well thought out and very customer friendly. We were able to review their inventory online and so came in with a list of rugs that we were interested in. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable, with no pressure selling. The prices were listed on the rugs. The staff was very accommodating in pulling out rugs and laying them on their large open floor to compare. They helped us narrow down our choices and then allowed us to borrow the rugs to review in our home. We borrowed multiple rugs before finally making our decision. They encouraged us to take our time in assessing the rugs, so that we would feel confident about our final choice. Their approach works! We are very happy with our selection and will certainly return when it's time to purchase another rug."

I love to entertain & my friends all think I installed brand new carpet. I wish I would have found them years ago all my problems would have been solved.
