"Shady company, terrible customer service. The owner is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t answer the phone. We ordered and paid for a 20 yard. There wasn’t one available so owner said they would swap it out for free once it was full. It was replaced with an even smaller dumpster than the first and we received a second charge for a 20 yd dumpster. Got charged for two 20yd dumpsters that we never got. No one answers the phone, we tried to call multiple times. Finally talked to owner who badly pretended he was losing service and then hung up on us. We have not been able to ask even basic questions about the charges we received. Would never use this company again (or any of his companies) or recommend to anyone. Sadly, this issue could have been easily worked out by being reachable and having a professional conversation but the owner has chosen to be non-responsive and avoid answering any questions."
