Within two days of my call to the office team Carrie and Tina, Ron the arborist arrived to discuss my options for the project. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process clearly. He provided me with a very reasonable quote for Strobert to provide a crane and 5-man crew to for the work. Two days after the quote the “A-team” arrived and removed the five massive pine trees, all the branches, ground the stumps and removed all the debris from my property as well as the street. All of the work was done professionally, safely, efficiently, and courteously. I would most certainly contact Strobert for any future work I might need and recommend them highly. "

"The tree trimming was done in one afternoon. Trees looked great and all the debris was removed. The removal of the 21 trees was done in stages. All trees were felled and the light branches were ground in one day. The stumps were ground a day or two later. About a week later the logs were removed and the holes left by the stumps were filled. This work was done in January so we had some weather delays. Strobert employees worked quickly and safely removed our trees with no damage to our property other than some ruts in the grass which they fix. We were well please with their work and the price."

Bill Sapp Completed his studies in Turf and Ornamentals at Rutgers University in the mid eighties and proceeded to have a wonderful career on various golf courses in Colorado , Arizona, and Maryland. "I used their service for two seasons, and received 7 treatments plus an Aearation & Overseeing at the end during each season. I must say that their formula works because after the first couple of treatments, my yard went from a dirt pile to sprouting full, very green grass. At the end of the two seasons, most of my yard came in, with the exception of a few bald spots near the garden. I gave them a C for price, because they are on the higher side when compared to other services-particularly the aeration service. I do like that their customer guarantee provides that they will come back out and repeat your last treatment if you aren't satisfied or aren't seeing results, and I've only had to do that twice in two seasons. Unfortunately, if you aren't home to catch the service tech who is treating your lawn, it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone directly from the office. Calls always go through a central customer service line, and I've never spoken to my service tech, even after leaving a message or two. Which is why I gave them a C on responsiveness."
