They applied a pre-emergent treatment across my yard, including areas that clearly had fresh grass seed in bare spots. Anyone with basic lawn care knowledge understands that pre-emergent prevents seed from germinating, so this effectively ruined the time and money I had already invested in reseeding. What?s most frustrating is that the seeded areas were obvious and should have either been avoided or at least discussed beforehand. There was no communication, no heads-up, and no attention to detail. I?m now left with patchy areas that won?t fill in because of this mistake. I also don?t understand the decline in service compared to last year. When I called to address the issue, they essentially blamed me for not contacting them in advance.
