"The service tech was friendly. He looked at my tile and said it could not be cleaned with the machine because the grout was uneven. He also said for the floor to be cleaned well it would cost as extra 90.00 dollars. We paid the extra amount and the tech used a scrub brush to clean. I came home after the job was completed and the tech had left. I was disappointed as the floors did not look much better."
