"Al's business responded quickly and set up an appointment for the next day. When he examined the wine cooler, he determined it needed a new relay. Unable to find one online, since the cooler is old, he finally contacted Vinotemp on the phone. He patiently persisted with the usual "hold, please" disconnection and finally was able to order the needed part. 4 days later he was shipped the wrong relay piece and contacted them again and got the correct part sent immediately. The best part of this was he kept me informed about what was going on, since this caused a delay in his return to complete the repair. When he finally got the correct part, he scheduled an appointment, called that he was on his way, and quickly replaced the defective part. Al is a true professional who takes care of the customer and sees a job to its successful completion. Highly recommend him for any type of appliance repair--he does everything except Sanyo and LG. I am very satisfied!"
