"I decided to cancel my service with this company due to the fact that they raised their already high prices again. I called the office and spoke to a woman who seemed to be in a rush and she took my address and hung up. A week and a half later they came out to the house again, when I told them I cancelled the account over a week ago the owner Gene became very aggressive calling me a liar as he left the property. He came back and rang the doorbell and banged angrily on my door. He tried giving me a bill for the service I had already cancelled. I told him i would not pay for a service I cancelled He then called me a derogatory name and left. I decided to pay him for the service as he did complete it that day. TWO DAYS LATER he sent me to collections! BEWARE of this hostile man! He is truly a danger to society. I was afraid for me and my families well being."
