"Very, very satisfactorily. Brian was in communication with me from the beginning. He was traveling when I contacted him, so he told me he would come to my home to assess the job. The next morning he was here as planned, and gave me a price for the job. He was GREAT to work with as I am a birder, and had some very specific requests concerning the trimming. My trees are approximately 60-70 feet high, and I hadn't had them seriously thinned for 5 years. He met all my requests, and then some. I also changed course, and had him totally remove a large Mulberry that was in my front yard- complete with stump removal. All these requests were met with success. I was very satisfied with him work, attitude, helpers, clean-up and all other items associated with the entire job. The weather was not a help, but he worked around that, and completed my job in one day. GREAT WORK would recommend him to anyone. Professional!!"

"3 unsupervised teens were sent out. I showed them what I wanted done. Lawn and beds had a small amount of leaves (fall cleanup done prior)that required raking and use of a blower. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."

"I had a badly neglected yard and flower beds. Needed the flower beds cleaned up and rejuvenated. Weeds removed. Bushes cut down and trimmed. Mr. Jerry couldn't come out on the original date we agreed to but kept in constant contact and finally came out, gave me a quote and we agreed to a price. Mr. Jerry and his worker went above and beyond what he agreed to do. He cleaned up the side of my house, cleaned off my back deck and cut over growth from my fence so it could be seen. This was very important since we're getting ready to list our house for sale. We are very happy with the completed project. Highly recommend. Be patient as they are a small company. It will be worth the wait."

"Robert appeared at my house the day after I called for a quote, which was quite reasonable based upon what I needed done, which was heavy trimming of 2 trees that had branches overhanging the roof of my garage and my neighbor's garage, plus removal of 7-8 saplings 3" diameter. Robert scheduled my job for 1 week later, and showed up promptly with his experienced crew who worked like coordinated clockwork to haul tree limbs to the chipper while Robert expertly trimmed my trees' branches. My branches had electric power drop lines as well as phone and cable tv lines interweaved with the branches, and Robert was able to expertly sequence and direct the branch falls so they easily cleared these lines with nary a wiggle. Robert and his crew are experienced Pro's, and it shows in both his work and attitude. I am happy as a clam and will use Robert Tree Trimming again and highly recommend you do so too..!! "

"My neighbor has a very large evergreen tree very close to the boundary. This past year lightening has struck it and twice it dropped very large limbs, damaging my fence. I met Travis of Kustom Trim Tree Service early this spring, when his crew came out to fix the damage. They pruned off the branches that hung over my property and then pruned two additional trees in my yard. I realized the guy I had been using only â trimmedâ the trees which meant he had to come out more often, costing me more money. Travisâ crew properly pruned the trees and I probably will never have to address that issue again. I had some plans for my yard. His crew came out again and removed two rather large and rather dead evergreen bushes from my front yard. Another guy came out and ground out the roots. The crew returned again to mulch my yard. I picked out the replacement bushes and Travis purchased them through his greenhouse connection. The crew came out one final time and planted them. When all was said and done, the final job went far beyond my expectations and vision for my yard. I am just amazed and really pleased and satisfied with the job. My yard really has that â professionalâ look now. His crew is very professional and very personable. I enjoyed chatting with them and learned from them.
