"My Kitchen and bath had exceeded my expectations with regards to quality, price , and timeliness of my kitchen project . The PM estimated 2 and half weeks to 3 weeks but it was done in 2 weeks, just before Christmas ! The staff was very friendly and attentive . They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. "Our place had good bones but didn’t work for our daily life. Every room felt cut off from the next. Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. They moved the hallway, opened the living area, and added a custom touch in almost every room. They rebuilt the inside from the studs and used solid-core doors and clean finishes. We went with soft white walls, bronze handles, and natural maple cabinets. Now, it all feels open and calm. Every room has a purpose."

"A phenomenal recent job was done by our favorite general contracting company and all around first-class owner Tim Munson! This is our major second AES project hire and just as with our first, massive 2018 interior home remodel project, from start to finish, Tim and his staff handled every single detail to perfection. The driveway, sidewalk and rail-less steps still had the original cement poured some 65 years ago!! The cement was cracked and crumbled. The sidewalk space was too narrow and the climbing height between the stairs was uneven. AES came to our rescue, yet again, transforming these aged exterior features into a contemporary and roomy visual delight. We couldn't be more pleased! For construction and remodeling, AES is our only choice."
