He measured the room and provided me with the price for the carpet and furniture to be cleaned and protected. <br /> He first steam cleaned the couch followed by the chair and ottoman. He then steam cleaned my carpet moving furniture as needed to get under and behind. He applied the teflon protectant after cleaning. <br /> He reviewed with me what he had done and provided some advice about keeping the couch clean when my dog lays on it. <br /> The carpets came out beautifully clean.
