"Very poor experience. Took 3x longer than was quoted. Seams weren't aligning and he said they would after a couple good thunderstorms. Call them back out 9 months later and he claimed he would fix everything in 6 weeks. Had to call after 7 weeks and he came out and attempted to do patchwork which is horrible. I asked for complete replacement as almost every seam is visible and pulled up. The glue did not stick in numerous places. Pieces were not completely nailed down. Black string is coming out everywhere. I attempted to upload photos but it kept saying the file was too large."
