"Davis answered my request for an estimate promptly. His estimate for repairing damaged ceiling plaster seemed fair. Ryan did a great job repairing and evening out the spot next to my chimney breast that had come loose from water damage. He explained how he would do the repair, and sanded and plastered and smoothed the area so that it looks pretty uniform with the rest of the ceiling. Ryan was friendly and personable. A bonus was that he brought his father, Larry, who is retired, along to help out!"

We highly recommend Portland Construction and would definitely hire them again."

"After searching for some time to find a contractor that would repair EIFS siding, I was very glad to find Left Shore Construction. Steve and his crew (Frank and Logan), worked with me on on all aspects of the repair, and Steve was very upfront on the cost and scheduling of the work. Although the job was quite small, it was still a relief to find someone to actually tackle this repair, and to do it so well. I would not hesitate to recommend Left Shore for any EIFS related repairs."

"Erick is did a fantastic job with my ceiling drywall repair and another patch that was taken out by the previous homeowner. The texture matches and blends extremely well. The price was very reasonable especially considering how well the job was done. Erick is also very kind and communicates well. I would recommend him to others for sure. Note: the images are directly after the drywall job was completed."
