"Where do I start to inform anyone in need of a handyman or renovation work how exceptional this man is? I was in need of someone to do some minor renovation and repair work on a rental property. I was under the pressure of time to get it on the market and fill the vacancy. I live out of town from the rental and happened to be on the property and hoped to find someone who might be able to show up after a sudden tenant vacancy. After about 7 calls of disconnected numbers and people that couldn't be out for weeks O Perea answered and told me he was in the middle of a job that he could pause to come out and give an estimate. He showed up exactly as he said. On time and early. The work was done impeccably and sooner than expected at a price that was extremely reasonable.
