"Basically, there was some sort of tech error, which ultimately ended in them shutting off our trash pickup service without notice. We received the bill on Oct 20th via email and the due date was Oct 16th, 4 days before it was even received. They were unwilling to be open minded. Then to top it off I received a second phone call an hour later from a younger woman who threatened me at my place of business saying you better be careful "you're a school Nurse right? Our paths will cross" Extremely unprofessional and rude!! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!"
