On the project date, John arrived about 10 minutes early which I loved since my previous experiences with other people make me question their ability to tell time. Vacuumed out all the old insulation and rodent droppings, fully blew in cellulose and insulated the entire attic space (floor joists, knee walls, ceilings, etc). It's an old Craftsman home and a bunch of those spaces didn't have access, but Jonathan and his team cut discrete holes / access hatches and explained everything beforehand. Incredibly pleasant and as a small business owner myself I have nothing but respect for the ownership he shows for his work."

"Don't let the whole "family owned business since 1959" fool you. I had to have this company come back 3 times to do a job that should have been done correctly in the first place. They never covered all the open rodent accesses, so they had to call another 3rd party vendor. They left 25% of the vermiculite and had to come back for that. After fixing that problem, they never reinstalled the insulation that was moved in the back area of my attic. I contacted them back and the continuous response was "I will call you back" and it turns out that Cynthia (Ofc Mgr) stated that the owner doesn't know what else he can do for me. ***!!! They got paid for their horrendous service and now they are wiping their hands of any further obligations to make their work right. The people that gave good reviews may have not went into their attic to check out the work, like myself. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU FIND ANOTHER INSULATION COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK."

"The guys were really neat. They set up a tunnel from the attic to the back door. There really wasn't much to clean up after. They vacuumed out the old insullation and laid in new. It's hard to say if they did a good job in the attic, because I don’t know what its supposed to look like. They were in the attic almost about 7 hours. The only issue was that they said the senior discount on their Angie's list page must be old so they didn't honor it."
