He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. "I called Frank Prantil the on Friday asking him when he could clean the carpets in an upscale rental house in Point Loma. He said <br /> he could come the next day. We met at 9:30am. He walked through the whole 4 bedroom, 3 bath house and he gave me a very fair price to clean all but one bedroom (which hadn't been used). There were 25 carpeted challenging steps that were really dirty not only on the top but between the risers as well. Not sure how carpeting between steps can get so dirty but they were.
