"I was looking for contractors that would replace my entire roof after a strong hailstorm.  The trick of my case was - I have a large kinda balcony with flat roofing sheets as a floor. I requested quotes from 4 highly rated companies and 3 out of 4 were puzzled by the flat roof piece of work.  They explained that when my house was being built - the roofers put the flat sheets without any issues, but now 2 balcony door packages should be removed and reinstalled by carpenters, which would increase the price significantly. U.S. Exterior by Seidel offered an alternative solution - to spray existing roofing sheets with special resin based solution, that has a 50 year warranty.  It's more expansive and more fragile than roofing flat sheets, but that was my only reasonable option. "Carefully read the contract and have it checkedby your attorney before signing. There are no siscouts for seniors or veterns. Ask questions before you sign. Presentation and represenation are great but working through their system can be a harrowing experience. The job looks great however roof. chimney flashing, the sky light even though it was not placed where I indicated I wanted it... the gutters and downspouts aren't done yet...clean up is great but the dumpster is still sitting on the street in front of the house.Overall I'm satisfied and it looks great."
