"It was a small repair of the facia board and soffit for my roof, so they did not carry everything they needed and had to go get supplies, which took some time. Mike was very apologetic and I found him to be very sincere. They did work quickly and did a good job, although the caulking in between the boards was sloppy and has to be corrected before the facia can be painted. I liked Mike very much, and they cleaned up after the job was done, but honestly it is the small things I look for to determine if I would hire them again for a larger job and I just do not think I would."

"I was very pleased with the work done by no pressure roof cleaning. The crew called prior to their arrival and worked quickly to complete the job. I was amazed at how clean the roof was in less than an hour of treatment. It is a very efficient process, for sure. We did have some damage to a few shrubs and one area of grass along the side of the house. I called the owner Paul and he was quick to return the message. He said their policy was to wait a month after the service before assessing the plants. I called back after the 30 days and sent pictures. Paul quickly responded and told me what he would be replacing. Within a little over a week I had my new grass and various shrubs. I believe the company works hard not have any damage to the landscaping. The chemicals they use however, are strong which allows them not to apply pressure on the roof. So I am sure that this happens occasionally. But rest assured they will be honorable if this is the case. I very much appreciate the service and professionalism of Paul and his company. I will definitely use them again in a few years."
