"I hired them to clean the oil stains out of the driveway. George told me he could get them to look faded but not completely removed which was understandable and I hired him. When done he asked me to inpsect but the whole driveway was still wet so I could not tell if he had indeed removed the oil stains and paid him. After the driveway dried up the oil stains were the same as before and unfortunately, looked more pronounced because the rest of the driveway was a lot cleaner. The only reason I am not giving a 1 star review is because he cleaned the rest of the driveway nicely. All I wanted, and I emphasized this to him, was the oil stains cleaned off and he promised he could do a really good job with it. After I sent him the photos of the oil stains still being there he said he cleaned and scrubbed it but they would not come out. It appears that he is not experienced at removing oil stains and should have told me so before making promises he could not keep. I would have paid more to someone else had I known."

"I found this company on Angis list. The owner refused to give me a quote over the phone like other companies to clean a pool cage and insisted on meeting in person. I told him I would message him when I was home for him to come do the quote. The next day he texted me that he was in the area and asked if I was home. I said no. 30 min later he texted that he went anyway and took pictures. I told him he did not have my permission to do any of that. He agreed and apologized but never gave me a quote. That evening I saw on video that he opened my gate and walked right into my lanai/home where he stayed for 4 minutes. No need to do that to.look.at a pool cage. A few days later, he posted a hit piece on social media using my full name with a made up version of events that defied video and written evidence. He said my property was overgrown with weeds, was unsafe and that I had snakes living in my lanai among other claims. What he saw were 2 cats with black tails that scurried under furniture when he barged into their home. He has no business being there, going inside my home or posting this. I can only hope the next time he does, that homeworker will have a dog or be familiar with our Stand Your Ground law. "I will definitely use these people again for other projects. Julian was here in no time flat I went above and beyond making sure the whole area was cleaned up nicely. He used a blower in my yard. My driveway everywhere. He definitely did more than he needed to do and I was beyond impressed. He was also very courteous and I couldn’t find anyone. I would rather work with M more than him. he was a gem. Obviously, you can tell I’m quite impressed."

"I hired Elite Home Paint to repaint my cabinets. Unfortunately my cabinet doors were in very bad shape, as they were partially sanded down and also had paint stripper poorly applied. As I'm a very black and white person, I reached out to Ariel and sent him photos of the doors, and he said he could do the service. When he got at my house with his crew, they saw the doors, and the service was still confirmed to be possible, even though the quality of the doors were bad. They got to it, and when I got home from work that morning (I work nights, so didn’t see the job completed until the next day), I was very disappointed. They didn’t completely sand down the doors or drawers, so all the marks that were on the units showed up on the paint, very poorly. When I contacted Ariel, he blamed the parts on being damaged and that no one would have done the service for the price he did. I explained to him that at no moment, he told me that the condition would have impacted the end product, as I thought he would properly sand and DIDN’T! As I continued to inspect the unit, I found multiple spots with paint drips, parts completely poorly painted, still white (I painted my cabinets black btw). I tried contacting Ariel to try to settle this peacefully and he basically told me the job was done, and BLOCKED my phone number (I know this because when I call it goes directly to voice mail, and when I use a friends phone, he picked up. Sent a msg through Facebook as well and completely ignored. I would leave it alone if it were just the spots of the poor sanding, but all the white spots is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor service, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company."
