GSI failed to kill the bentgrass and failed to plant grass seed in industry-standard acceptable weather conditions - ie the middle of October(Midwest) when it is commonly known fact that grass seed should not be planted after mid-Sept. All the seeds died of winter kill(froze). Failed three times to get any grass seed to grow. How they could manage that is beyond me. See photos that do not lie below. I ended up paying over $3,000 for material and got grass to grow within 2-4 weeks. I would avoid having GSI perform any lawn services. "F""
