Came on time, called on his way, quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer, fixed it fast while also allowing me to pester him with questions about what he was doing and why, and gave me a lower than expected bill. At my request, he also ordered replacements for some worn parts and came back next week to replace them also, but reassembled the dryer in between so we could use it, and did not charge for the 2nd house call. Even refused the $40 tip I offered, since he's the owner of the one-man company. Very professional! I've also used Scott for stove and refrigerator repair. He never disappoints. I'd recommend him to anyone. --Fred"

"Initially I gave Service Mark a great review, but after getting an estimate from them for a hot water heater and subsequently finding out that they didn't install the condensation line for the heater correctly, I have to say I would not do business with them again. Their salesman told me he had never seen a 4" chimney liner for a hot water heater before. He told me I needed to have the liner replaced leading to a $2400 estimate for a hot water heater and new chimney liner. I ended up having another company install a new hot water heater for $800 using the existing 4" liner, they also let me know that 4" liners were very common (they said the Service Mark guy was either lying or didn't know what he was doing). They also didn't install the condensation line correctly on my heater. When I went to sell my house the U and O inspector told me that the condensation line was not allowed to drain into the sewer line, it's supposed to drain outside. I called them to see if they would fix this, but they never called me back. I would not recommend using this company and have no plans to work with them again."

"Wes did a fantastic job! He was honest, kind and respectful. He refinished (the walls) and painted just about the entirety of my 1.5 bedroom condo in under 5 days time. The place looks brand new. Wes was always friendly and on-time. At the end of everyday, he walked me through his progress asking that I carefully review for any corrections I might want him to make the following day. He always went over exactly exactly what he would be doing that day, to be certain it was exactly what I wanted. In short, I was extremely happy with the work Wes performed and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be reaching out to Wes specifically if I ever need anymore painting done."

"We met with Christian 2-3 times. She was not very responsive to email and it took forever for them to start the project. She NEVER showed up to see any part of the project, not even the finished project. A few month after completion you could see where the work was poorly done and when I reached out to her for help to get the contractors back she never responded and when I finally spoke with her she kindly told me to do it. Worst service, if I hadn’t place a non refundable deposit on our first meeting I would have never done business with them and I would never recommend them, not even to animals because they deserve better."
