"Cary was a professional from start to finish. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry and kept up timely communication throughout the process whether it was getting me a quote, setting expected timelines, letting me know when he would be onsite, updating me on progress... In short, he told me what he was going to do then he did it. Sounds simple but this behavior alone sets him above most of his peers, in my experience. Once Cary and his crew arrived on site they set to getting the work done and did it well and thoroughly, even adjusting deliverables based on conversations we had during the project. We were very happy with the finished product and will absolutely bring Restoration back for any additional work we need done. When it came time to settle up, the price he quoted was the price he charged - with an expected adjustment for additional work done. A value for the quality of work done. This was a project I was dreading - Lakewood home built in 1901 with a lot of cracked and flaking plaster - but working with Cary and his crew made it a positive experience; I couldn't recommend him more highly!"
