"My elderly mother hired Quality Tree Service , Jeremy Todd to cut 2 trees from her property. When the crew arrived it was understood that two trees were to be cut down. A price was given to my mother and the agreement was made. The crew cut the first tree successfully. When it was time for the second tree to be cut, they had started up the tree cutting all the branches off and was about to cut the top off before felling the tree. The problem here is that it was the WRONG tree. When my mother realized they were up the wrong tree, she ran out there yelling for them to stop. All the limbs were cut. The crew then moved to the correct second tree and cut it down. My mother paid them in full with cash. The tree is dead now and is dangerously close to her house. I recently called Mr Jeremy Todd to come back to cut down this tree but he. has made empty promises and is now filtering his calls. Called again today and Jeremy hung up on us. Beware of this company! Horrible behavior-"
