"Clean Green recently cleaned carpets I was having removed and ceramic floors in a home we purchased and are remodeling. I must admit it wasn't the smoothest of rides. The first appointment set was so delayed we had to cancel and reschedule. The second appointment the tech was actually early. We opened the home to him and left to let him go about his work. We provided a number we could be reached at and paid him for services prior to leaving. We talked about the grout and what I could expect from the cleaning. I paid to have the carpets cleaned even though I was removing them and to have the tile and grout cleaned and sealed. I was told the grout would clean up well and though it wouldn't be like new it would be 90% cleaner than it was. Sounded good. We were given an approximate time it would take to do the job and so we didn't wait on a call to come back and inspect we drove back to the home and the tech was just finishing up with the grout cleaning. I was very disappointed on how the grout turned out and asked him not to seal the grout because we'd never get it clean once it was sealed. The tech left and I called the company and asked for a refund for the sealing of the grout which we paid for but never had done. That's all I asked for. The lady in the office insisted we schedule a time when "the owner" could meet us and redo the grout, The 3rd appointment was set and my husband met who we assume was the owner back at the house. He looked at it and thought he could get it cleaner and wanted to set a 4th appointment. NO, we were told it was to redo the floors. My husband called me to tell me that and I suppose I was screaming so loud the man heard me and said he'd stay to do the floors. After all, that's what the 3rd appointment was scheduled for and all I wanted them to do was return money I paid for a service I hadn't received. We don't live in the home so we need to travel there to meet people and sit there (stand there) while they do their thing. It's not convenient. My husband wasn't sure about how the floors looked when they were done so he told them not to seal them because they still looked like there was dirt n some areas (which there is) and he didn't want it sealed in. Just return the money for the seal, My husband was told it would show up on the credit card we used in 3-5 days. The credit never came. We were never given an invoice so we had no idea exactly what we paid for the seal although it was probably around $100. I called the office after a week or so and asked about the credit but never had a return call. I called one more time and hit an answering machine, left a message and immediately contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint. It took another 2-3 weeks but the $100 credit showed up on my credit card. Now here's the interesting part of the review. When I finally got over to the property to see the floors I was pleased. They were much cleaner the second time and although not perfect they are 98%. I was pleased with the end result but I think it's ridiculous I had such a time getting back money for a service I never received and couldn't get a return call and was left to resort to filing a complaint with the credit card company. I'm not sure if Clean Green thought I didn't deserve the money back because they came out twice but I never asked them to come twice and it should have been done right the first time. I will never pay in advance for any service again and I think it's a mistake for them to ask. Thank you for coming the 2nd time to make sure my floors looked better. I do appreciate that. I will recommend you but will also tell my story."

"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. (You can see my rug being cleaned on YouTube by searching “Removing urine odor from a supersize Karastan rug.”). We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "Awesome! It was really old basement carpet that hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 30 years.. It’s been pulled up several times due to flooding. Over years, the space was used mainly as storage, and places for family to stay with their pets while they transitioned in and out. Looked fine for a tool shed or bomb shelter but for actually living space, it was disgusting. Originally a light beige color, I knew some stains were permanent. I asked them to concentrate on deep cleaning. Health was a priority not looks. I was very impressed with their punctuality, thoroughness, and speed. They obviously new very well what they were doing. The basement results were nothing short of extraordinary. A few blemishes remained here and there but I was shocked they actually got so much up! It looked decades newer. I moved in furniture, installed a Roomba, and the place looks like a million bucks! Seriously, I think the only way it could have looked better is if he replaced the carpet with new. I was so so pleased, I scheduled them to come out two weeks later to do my main floor too. That worn aging carpet had actually been cleaned many many times over the years. But it looked flat and dingy and stretched. It really all needed replacing as well. The results were equally surprising. It’s far less stretched, bright, and full. It’s the oldest carpet in the house... cheap stuff used by builders. I’m loving how it now feels on my bare feet. I now think I’ll be happy with my old carpet until it’s time to sell this place. And their price per sq foot was comfortably competitive with others I’d researched but the real deal is their cost per stair. I actually got all 12 steps done for less than another guy’s estimate for one stair... well, so it was more like one and a half stairs. From beginning to end, I really couldn’t have been more pleased. So easy. So well done."

"I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that John from Thoro-clene provided I thought it needed to be recognized. I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed.
