After the wet material was removed, Erick came in reinsulated the ceiling and did great job on the plastering. Also they painted all the walls even though it was only necessary to paint two of the walls. He also made sure the insulation completely covered the exposed area to the roof. I would recommend Erick again for any ceiling, painting or plastering job!"

Erick came to my property twice to help me understand which walls and ceilings could be covered with skim coat plaster, and which needed to be demolished, as the plaster was coming loose from the lath. The crew who did the work were extraordinarily competent and hard working. As the job proceeded, I became worried about the huge mess the ceiling demolition made, but when the crew finished the job, they vacuumed and washed the floors, leaving the place cleaner than it was when they got there. Extensive water damage on an existing lath and plaster ceiling in house built in 1790 in Salem MA> Sergjo carefully covered bookcases , furniture, oriental carpets. He carefully prepared the damaged areas and repaired and replaced the damaged areas with 2 part plaster. He sanded and re painted the ceiling which is now absolutely perfect. He did a thorough cleanup including wiping surfaces that were protected during the project. One day for the repair, overnight curing of the plaster, sanding and oil prime and final finish coat on the second afternoon. Two enjoyable days with a very nice guy start to finish. He would be perfect for any historic restoration."
