"The owner came out on a Wednesday, discussed the work , provided a price on the spot. On the following Monday Mr. Chavez and an assistant arrived on time with their equipment. Before cutting any branches he made sure that I agreed where the limb would be trimed. When work was finished, all the debris was completely removed."

Paid 30% for under-deck support enhancement and drainage. No contact for months and lots of excuses about material availability and cost. Some material was delivered in September after nagging, and 40 boards were installed in two days. Paid another 30% and they never came back, leaving a mess and another 40 boards by house uninstalled.
