"We hired for tree removal, including stump grinding, debris removal. They cut one tree down and only partial cut another, saying they would return the next day to complete the job. This was in October '25. A phone call was answered with the response that they would be back. They have not come back. The job is unfinished, although they were paid in full on the first day. Winter has intervened, but several attempts have been made to call them .The phone number listed on the estimate dated 10/27/25 has a message that they can not help us now. No opportunity for voicemail. A second number says the mailbox is full. Finally, a third number shown on their website says the voicemail has not been set up.. Juan Rivera provided us a scope of work to clean up our landscaping and add more stone where needed. Also was to reset the plastic edging that divides the grass from the stone. We agreed to estimate and he did not finished the project but definitely took all the money. Agreed to come out to finish the items he admitted in text were missed. Set a day and time and then never showed up. Has ghosted us since. Filed complaints with agencies. Considering next steps since I do not take kindly to taking money and not completing what was agreed upon. Scam artist for side."
