"Lenny sold me an LG refridgerater and an Elements Dishwasher. He wrote on the receipt that he was giving me a 3 year warranty. The fridge needed repair after a little less than a year. Lenny came out and said he needed to get me a new fridge. After a few weeks of texting him he said he couldn't find me a replacement. Meanwhile my food was all going bad So I called LG who said they won't fix a fridge that doesn't have a serial number. I then checked the Dishwasher and it also has no serial number. I demanded the cost of repair from Lenny and he refused because I filed complaints with the BBB and the attorney General. Those complaints are worthless I found out. I just hope someone reads this and saves themselves alot of grief. If he replies he always blames the consumer never himself. Just be careful."

"I wouldn’t be writing this Review if one thing would have happened, TALK TO ME. Don’t place the answering service in the position of telling a Customer that the Supervisor has left for the day at 2.45p on a Thursday. Especially when the Horizon repairman had just fried our whole cooling system, including the thermostat!! What started with a bad fan motor in a new AC system that was only 3.5 years old in a $10,000 system, for which we had waited 4 days for the new motor to be installed. Add to that the fact that the repairman told me he would be at our home at 8.30a and didn’t arrive until 11.30a - after having to use a vacation day to wait at home for them to arrive. Then telling me this will be ‘quick’ all I have to do is switch out the motor by mounting it and plugging in the new one. Hours went by, nothing. He comes in to test the thermostat and it is non-responsive. He tells me to get new batteries, which I did. Then asks me, “these are new?” To which I say, ‘of course’ - you watched me take them out of the box. Then he goes out to his truck for the next 1.5hrs, supposedly speaks with his Supervisor and comes in and tells me that he has fried the system. I reply by saying I will be calling a senior person to speak with them. Called 4 times and never spoke with anyone. Each time I waited on hold for an extended period of time. Each time, I was then told by the answering service that someone would call and never did. Then at 2.45p I am told “everyone has left for the day” and no one would be calling. This was a Thursday, I had been home all day and no one would speak with me. We remain without an AC system, no plan, no calls - - nothing!!! If I could rate them a ZERO, I would,"
