"Tray called me immediately to let me know what he could do for me and put my mind at ease. He came out the very next day. He didn't give me a giant time window like most contractors do, he told me the exact time he'd be there. When he showed up he explained everything that was likely happening. He checked every place the mice might have been getting in and around. Tray then used a solution that would be a permanent fix for the problem rather than a couple traps. He also called back two days later to make sure I was happy and hadn't seen any more rodents. I would strongly recommend."

"I had an active bee's nest inside a house eve, a wasp's nest hanging outside the house, and a wasp/hornet's nest at the top of the second level of the house. All of them needed to be removed. Richard came quickly to provide a fair estimate and schedule the work. The work was done quickly and on time. I was supposed to be there to tell the exterminator where things were but an emergency drew me away. Richard's notes were so good, the exterminator was able to take care of the work. When I returned home all three nests had been dealt with. The areas were all cleaned to the best of anyone's ability short of elbow grease on a ladder scrubbing the areas. I wait to write reviews to give the service or product a chance to show how it will be over time. Long story short, everything Richard said would happen over the first few days happened. I am pleased with their work and would hire them again."
