"The service ok except the other helper they didn't even do a good job. He charge me extra like $2500 to replace a Brocken tile. How ever I'm a bit upset because one of the helper broke the tile he didn't buy a new one to replace instead he took tile from my back house."

"They took my money for services they did NOT provide! I wanted to mulch and start a service with them so wrote a check for $150 + $180 but then cancelled the mulch so should have been owed $180 back. I WAS GOING TO STOP PAYMENT BUT Ling said on 6/25/21 the check won't be deposited but it got cashed anyway, then she told me the refund would be mailed. On 7/9/21 I spoke to Cesar and he *said* because I was also unhappy with the service, he'd refund that to me too. As of today, no refund for my $330. Their gardener also did terrible work, hacking at my mature rosemary bush and vines, blowing the leaves and dirt and leaving a huge pile of dust in the corner that I had to sweep myself, or leaving certain areas full of leaves. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND/OR DO A **** POOR JOB OF GARDENING."
