"Issues with new window leak after they replaced siding. Took over a year from my initial notification of the new leak for them to remove siding and investigate problem. They said old leak and exterior wall damaged from leak. Not sure how their crew hung the house siding if the wall was wet like they said. They said they would give us a bid to repair and no follow up for 2 months. Left a piece of siding off my house that whole time. Do not recommend."

"Great before the sale, but sure hope you don't have issues after. We commissioned Josh to create custom cabinetry for our kitchen at our high end short term rental back in November of 2021. We paid almost a 3.5x the cost over installing Menards cabinets because we believed we were getting a high quality, durable product that would accentuate the experience of our guests - sometimes you just don't get what you pay for. Sales process, install and initial view of the product (June 2022) was great besides the delay on the install (it was covid after all, so understandable). Within 6 months we were mortified to find out how quickly the lower painted cabinets were deteriorating and reached out to Josh in January of 2023. During those 6-7 months, people only stayed at the cabin for 72 nights. So the first set of pictures were after about 2.5 months of living. Josh was quick to say this was a "rental property" and that renters are harder on properties....I have 5 kids under 10 and my home painted cabinets are over 7 years old and don't show a fraction of this damage. Josh agreed to repair a three of doors and the shoe trim - he was quick to get this done and completed the repair in February of 2024 - almost 13 months after I had reached out. In the meantime I was going through my tiny touch up bottle of paint like you wouldn't believe. He did provide me 2 additional bottles after my first bottle ran dry. (arn't those small touch up bottle supposed to last the lifetime of the cabinets?) In the 12 months since he did the last repair I used up the remaining 2 bottles of touch up paint and reached out again to Josh as the cabinets/trim shoe continued to chip at an alarming rate. It's been radio silent on my end in getting a response so I felt compelled to share my story. I do need to mention that the upper laminate cabinets turned out quite nice and have been very durable, even the floor to ceiling pantry that gets significant foot traffic has held up well - which makes this even more frustrating as I know they are capable of quality work. "I requested a tree removal, the response was to provide a quote based on my unexperienced visual estimation. There was good communication up until the day they were supposed to show up. The day we agreed to do the work there was little to no communication (despite my messages) with no updates on what is going on. I asked the following day to see what the plan was (gave them the benefit of the doubt, things happen); the response was "I showed up yesterday and the tree was bigger then we expected, we want 3X the price we quoted". 1. If you are going to quote site unseen you should hold up to your commitment. I didn't force you to quote without coming out to look at the tree, I provided my best guess on size (its not a 90' or even a 40' tree). 2. If you show up to look at my property, come talk to me and discuss your concerns. 3. Expect a honest review of your (un)professionalism"
