"I already plan to have Charles and his crew back to remove another tree in the future. We had an emergency during the high winds with a large branch down on wires and Charles came out on his day off and saved us from more damage, working in some of the worst weather. We had already had Charles give us an estimate for the removal of the problem tree and when he was here he also checked on the other mature trees and pointed out necessary pruning. He most likely has saved us from more storm damage."
