The process took longer than expected due to an unforeseen supplier issue, but Professional Contracting Builders were good about making it up to us however they could. Not every detail was done correctly or to our liking the first time, but they were good about communicating and coming back to re-do the details until we were satisfied. We did have major issues with one of the subcontractors, but those were addressed by Cyndee and ultimately the sub came back (multiple times) and fixed the issues.
