They sold me a tree and shrub package, which seemed like a good deal and they said it would take care of the problem. However after the first treatment they wanted more money to treat the scales. They should have told me that upfront Since they knew exactly what they had to do for my neighbor. I think it was pretty shady doing that to me. The rep argued back and forth numerous times over email with me and refused to refund my money for the treatment because he says I still got benefit. How did I get benefit if I still have the problem that I called for them to resolve ?? I had to buy the stuff myself to treat my trees and I’m still out the money they took to NOT solve my problem. Not a company I want to do business with."

"My first appointment they were a no show, I called they said it was a scheduling error. 2nd appointment only completed spraying around outside because employee did not feel comfortable spraying with my 10 month old Grandson on the premises. I was ok with that because he stated inside can be done on next visit and spraying outside should have big impact on our problem. 6 week follow-up appointment they called day of the appointment and left a message that employee would not be coming. They will call later in week to reschedule. 1.5 weeks later no call or contact. Since he sprayed outside I give them a D instead of a F."
