"I was quoted for weed removal, weed mat, mulch, and weed prevention for several areas around the property .The crew of 5 showed up as promised . I talked with them to be sure they knew what was supposed to be done. I checked with them several times during the day. I thought that they were doing what I?d paid for . I bought them bottled water and tipped them $20 each . I realized a few days later that they did not apply weed mat to all areas , as weeds were already growing through the very thinly applied mulch . It took a couple of days of messaging to get the supervisor to understand that I had been taken advantage of and didn?t get what I?d paid for . They did come back a week later to finish the job. Nobody went above and beyond, it was just finished enough . I did find a shepard?s hook and an extension cord laying in the grass that they didn?t put back where they belonged .It could have been really bad if my husband had run these over with our lawn mower.
