I replaced my boring, water-guzzling front yard with new modern, eco-friendly landscaping (part of the Long Beach lawn-to-garden program). I couldn't be happier with my finished project! Melo gardens took care of tree trimming, poured a fresh concrete pathway, installed new irrigation, and found some really awesome plants at a reasonable price. "Dee is fantastic! We loved the design Mike came up with for our backyard makeover. Then once construction started we realized we had made choices that needed to be changed. In every case Dee's suggestions (stucco the walls instead of paint, don't use DG next to the pool, run wood fence topper horizontally) turned out to the best. We are so glad we listened to him. Our finished backyard looks like an art installation but one where you can feel comfortable and at home. Now a year later we had them come back for a few tweaks and again Dee's suggestions were the right ones. We are happy we choose G & L and plan to use them again next year when we tackle our front yard."
