When he was painting the bathroom, he noticed a lack of caulking done around the top of the shower. He took the time to caulk it for us, even though we wouldn't have known if he had NOT done so. A couple of them (highly recommended to me by the paint store) quoted me over the phone without seeing the project, And, told me I would have to wait until their "slow" time (several months away) before they could begin the work. . Saumier called and e-mailed me and stayed in touch throughout the duration of the project. They actually came out to my house.
